Victory Missions Foundation, Inc. is a humanitarian service organization with a focus on relief efforts and helping those ministering to others internationally and domestically. VMF works to find disaster relief resources, maintains a relief provision network, and provides free publishing and communication services to community outreaches, missionaries, and relief assistance centers.

Since 1997, VMF has worked full time, dedicating its time and giftings to serving missions, relief efforts, and inner city ministries. Managing a State-side office, VMF provides administrative support including newsletters, web sites, eNewsletters, banking, membership and contribution management, ministry communication, and project planning.

As a testimony to God's faithfulness, VMF has never invoiced a ministry for the work it has done. The VMF motto is, “Freely you have received, freely give” (Matthew 10:8).

VMF incorporated in the state of Oklahoma in 2001 and received IRS designation as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization the same year as a Subordinate Group Member under the covering of Uttermost Missions.
